Who Can Attend the Texas Beauty Show?
The Texas Beauty Show is a trade show for members of the professional beauty industry and is not open to the general public. No-one under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter the Show.
I did not get to attend the show. Can I get a refund?
Tickets are nonrefundable, however, you may send in your ticket with a brief explanation, and we would be happy to send you a ticket for the following year's show.
What should I do if I lost my ticket?
If you purchased a ticket directly from Texas Beauty Show, please call at 512 415 8300 prior to the show so we can process the appropriate paperwork.
If you purchased your ticket from a distributor or exhibitor, please call your sales representative. He/she needs to then call Texas Beauty Show to verify the information.
What kind of identification should I bring to the show?
You will be asked at the show to verify that you are a member of the beauty industry. Please have your driver's license or other photo ID and one of the following:
- Cosmetology license
- Other appropriate license denoting you as a member of the professional beauty industry
- Salon/Spa business license
- Business card from a legitimate salon with your name imprinted on it
- Letter from owner of salon/spa verifying employment
- W-2 form
- Invoice from professional beauty product distributor
- Student ID, class schedule, or letter from the school verifying enrollment
- Cosmetology school business or state license
- Professional beauty association membership card (NCA, CCA, TSA, ISPA, etc.)
What if I need special assistance at the show?
If you have special needs that require assistance, Texas Beauty Show will do everything we can to ensure your participation. Please contact Texas Beauty Show at least three weeks prior to the show at 512-415-8300.
