Texas Beauty Show Policy
To enhance the show experience for all, we appreciate your cooperation with the following:
The Texas Beauty Show is only open to salon/school professionals and students. If you are purchasing tickets at the convention center or have already pre-purchased your tickets, you may be required to verify that you are a professional or student of the beauty industry at the entrance of the show floor.
In order to attend the show, you must have one of the following acceptable forms of ID:
- Cosmetology license
- Other appropriate license denoting you as a member of the professional beauty industry
- Salon/Spa business license
- Business card from a legitimate salon with your name imprinted on it
- Letter from owner of salon/spa verifying employment
- W-2form
- Invoice from professional beauty product distributor
- Student ID, class schedule, or letter from the school verifying enrollment
- Cosmetology school business or state license
- Professional beauty association membership card (NCA, CCA, TSA, ISPA, etc.)
The Texas Beauty Show is a trade show for only Beauty Industry Professionals. This program is not open to the general public. No-one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the show floor.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Opinions stated at the conference are those of the presenters and not necessarily those of the Texas Beauty Show. The organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for exhibitors that may drop out of the event.
No photography or videotaping is allowed without permission from Show Management.
Class attendance is limited. Classes included with your registration are available on a first- come, first-serve basis.
