Pre-Show Opportunities
Direct Mail Sponsorship
Put your logo and promotional message on postcard mailings to thousands of potential attendees. Two mailings per month are available in August, September and October. Exclusive and shared sponsorships available for each mailing of 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000.
E-Newsletter Display Advertising
Include your message, graphics and a link to your web site in emails sent to thousands of recipients in our targeted database. Eight e-newsletters will be distributed throughout August, September and October. Two sizes of display ads and exclusive and shared sponsorships available for each e-newsletter.

Greet attendees at the door with window graphics at the entrances to the Dallas Convention Center nearest the Show halls.
Concession Area Tabletop Signs
Your company logo or graphics in view of everyone who stops for a bite to eat, beverage break, or impromptu on-site meeting in the show floor concession areas.
Shopping Bags
Promote your company with your logo on eco-friendly shopping bags given to the first 1,000 attendees through the door. (Exclusive sponsorship.)
Shopping Bag Inserts
Drive traffic to your booth by promoting show specials or giving away product samples in eco-friendly shopping bags distributed to the first 1,000 attendees. Flyer, coupon and product inserts available. (Sponsor provides materials, which must be delivered directly to Dallas Convention Center.)
